SWOT Analysis
Strengths
Maintaining a structured balance in my life has been core to who I am. Using strong communication, planning, and time management, I've been able to become involved in a multitude of academic, professional, sport-related, and social engagements. This balance and the skills necessary are my greatest strength.
Weaknesses
A major flaw of mine has been getting ahead of myself. Being an independent go-getter comes with the drawback of being realistic in timelines and expectations of others. Other weaknesses follow this theme, such as making opinionated fast paced decisions that are feeling-based.​
Opportunities
Becoming more proficient in Microsoft Suite applications will be a game-changer as I enter the consulting world. In addition,
becoming familiar with general business processes and workflows through internships is a goal for this upcoming summer.
Threats
The field/world of consulting is highly competitive in its current state, making entry difficult. With the rise of AI, many of the coding and design skills I worked on are deemed less efficient and are being abandoned. Thus, changing and evolving skillsets and business needs pose a significant threat.
